The trust that our customers around the world place in us is built right from the moment each employee joins the Group: thanks to a friendly, tailored induction program, your first steps with us are well looked after.
And to ensure that all career paths within the Group enable employees to develop their skills, over 400 training programs are offered every year. And because it makes no sense for us to exercise our skills without safety, we have been running a specific mandatory safety awareness training program for over 5 years. Every year, over 5,000 employees are trained in our technical know-how, from molding to boat assembly, at our in-house training centers. Training courses are also developed for design office staff and engineers. For our managers, a training program gives them the keys to a demanding and caring management style.
Beyond technical know-how, Groupe Beneteau is also convinced that the Group’s performance is possible thanks to the collective performance of its teams. Since 2022, an internal program has been supporting the personal and collective development of our teams.
