Your data is communicated internally within BENETEAU S.A. to the Corporate Communications, Finance, Public Affairs and Human Resources departments. Subject to your prior consent, your data may also be communicated to other BENETEAU S.A. entities. When the BENETEAU S.A. entities concerned are located outside the European Union, standard contractual clauses have been concluded between the parties involved.
Your data may also be accessed by our subcontractors (in particular for website hosting purposes). Please note that your personal data may only be communicated to third parties for the purposes set out in this information notice or subject to your consent. Information concerning you will be kept:
- For a period of 5 years from the date of collection if no contract has been concluded.
- If a contract or order has been concluded, for the entire contractual period, then stored in an intermediate archive for a period corresponding to the warranty period, plus the applicable statutory limitation period (see time limits below). As a reminder, the applicable limitation periods are :
– 5 years for contractual or extra-contractual civil liability claims (excluding personal injury claims).
– For a period of 13 months from the date of installation/creation of cookies.
