Embark on your future
At Groupe Beneteau, passing on knowledge and skills is essential. Every year, more than 80 young people gain their first professional experience with us, and many adults undergoing retraining are welcomed into our teams.
Whether it’s a work-study program or an internship, there’s a project for everyone. Come and share our ambitions for the yachting industry of tomorrow, and enjoy the best experience of all: yours!
Work-study training with Groupe Beneteau
Work-study programs are an excellent way to prepare for a degree while at the same time discovering our working environment and the realities of corporate life. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in a stimulating environment where your ideas are listened to and your contributions valued. Each apprentice is mentored by an experienced member of staff to welcome, train and guide them, and ensure that they develop their skills. All levels of education are welcome, from CAP-BEP, Bac professionnel to Bac+5, in all our professions (production, design offices, support functions), and whatever your profile and experience.
80 work-study students every year
Discover our world on an internship
Over 100 interns join the Group every year. Whether it’s a 3- or 4-week discovery program for high school students, or a longer assignment for university students, our aim is to pass on our knowledge.
Retraining and finding a job
Every year, with the support of our employment partners, we train and recruit young people and adults seeking employment or retraining. Whether you’re in initial training, from CAP to BTS, or pre-recruitment for jobseekers, there are many ways in which you can gain access to our professions.
As part of the POEC scheme (collective operational preparation for employment), Groupe Beneteau supports and welcomes candidates for production jobs (joinery, deck fittings, laminating, draping, gel coat repair, etc.) during their training. This scheme enables temporary workers to follow paid training provided by an external organization over a period of 6 to 12 weeks, before joining the Group.
